The journey
I know something about reinvention because I have lived it.
Before coaching, I spent eighteen years in dentistry. That chapter taught me to listen carefully, work with the person—not only the problem—and recognise how much of what matters is carried beneath the words.
Coaching became more than a career change. It became a calling: an opportunity to accompany people as they make sense of complexity, recover choice and create futures that ask more of who they are.

For more than fifteen years and across 4,500+ paid coaching hours, I have partnered with executives, leadership teams and organisations in financial services, higher education, energy, legal, healthcare, retail and the public sector.
My work integrates Integral Coaching, reinvention, neuroscience, Conversational Intelligence™ and the Enneagram. Frameworks matter—but only when they help a leader see more clearly and act more consciously in the world they actually inhabit.
